Abstract

This paper discusses the conception of agricultural supply chain and logistics center, and analyzes the influence of the development of agricultural supply chain management on function design and location of logistics center. Then it adopts mathematical models and methods in location and distribution method of logistics center to provide a system analysis, to establish a model with comprehensive consideration of transportation cost, fixed investment cost, management cost and loss cost of corroding agricultural products. To improve the diversity of colony and local search capability of enhancing the optimal solution in GA, we propose a genetic simulated annealing algorithm. The simulation results show the effectiveness and applicability of the improved algorithm.
