Abstract
This paper is a terse analysis of the Judgment of the South Africa High Court in the case of Fairhaven Country Estate (Pty) Ltd v Shaun Harris and Another [2015] ZAWCHC 100 delivered on 8 July 2015 wherein the court ordered the transfer of domain names from a real estate agent to the developers of a country estate.
