Abstract
We study the structure of the generators of the local Poincare symmetry in the generalR + T2 +R2 theory of gravity, by using the Hamiltonian formalism. An explicit form of the gauge generators is found for an arbitrary choice of parameters of the theory and in the presence of matter fields.
