Dr. Duckworth has served as a clinician and psychiatric administrator in Massachusetts in times of lessened support for clinical services in the public sector.Dr. Feiner will offer his concepts of humane care in the treatment of those with a most difficult clinical picture, that of co-occurring disorders and borderline personality disorders.Dr. Goldfinger has had a lifetime of experience in San Francisco, Boston, and New York working with some of the most difficult-to-engage patients, and his sharing of methods for achieving engagement will be a real gift for those who attend.Lastly, Dr. Diamond of the University of Wisconsin in Madison will focus on perceived treatment resistance.
