Abstract
Objective Of posterior surgery in patients with spondylolisthesis local autologous bone implanted in the interbody and intertransverse fusion for the treatment experience.Methods 68patients with spondylolisthesis treated with posterior laminectomy bite addition to all of the spinous process,lamina,facet of autologous bone graft in the interbody and intertransverse fusion and pedicle screw fixation.Results 68 patients were followed up for 6 months to 7 years.Follow-up showed 67 patients were healed vertebral,clinical symptoms disappeared.One case without bone fusion.Satisfaction rate of 98.5％.Conclusions Posterior partial autologous bone graft surgery in interbody and intertransverse fusion for the treatment of spondylolisthesis is a really effective,simple,safe,less complications and low cost of surgical care.
