Esta técnica mínimamente invasiva podría ser un gran paso para tratar las diversas complicaciones en pacientes con enfermedad secuelar por tuberculosis
CONCLUSIÓN Como se aprecia en este caso, se realizó los procedimientos necesarios y descritos en la literatura médica para tratar pacientes con enfermedad secuelar por tuberculosis; no obstante, hay pocos ensayos clínicos referente al manejo y tratamiento optimo en pacientes que requieran intervención quirúrgica inmediata

Pulmonary resection remains the optimal treatment for massive hemoptysis because of its lower recurrence rate. A partir del siglo XIX la intervención quirúrgica en la Tuberculosis pulmonar no se consideró algo positivo debido a los altos riesgos asociados a la enfermedad.
