Abstract
By means of this work it is tried to approach the analysis of the main challenges that the juridical operator finds at the moment of channelling the resource of cassation, both at the time of their initial preparation in the instance, and subsequently when formulate the application initiating proceedings before the Third Chamber of the Supreme Court. This study it is carried out within the new institutional law, recently approved, in order to verify the validity of the judicial doctrine that up to the date is been developed on the matter, and explore the orientation that this legal framework, likely, may provide on it, about two specific issues: the admissibility of the cassation appeal and the grounds for a legal challenge.
