Abstract
Arastirmanin amaci ilkogretim okulu ogretmenlerinin icsel motivasyonlari ve orgutsel kimliklerine yonelik goruslerini belirlemek ve bu iki degiskene yonelik gorusleri arasinda anlamli iliski olup olmadigini saptamaktir.Iliskisel tarama modelinde gerceklestirilen arastirmanin evrenini 2011-2012 egitim-ogretim yili Duzce ili Kaynasli ilcesi ilkogretim okullarinda gorev yapan 166 ogretmen olusturmaktadir. Veri toplama araci olarak Orgutsel Kimlik Olcegi ile Icsel Motivasyon Olcegi kullanilmistir. Arastirmaya gore ogretmenlerin orgutsel kimlik ve icsel motivasyon algilari yuksek duzeydedir. Ogretmenlerin orgutsel kimlik ve icsel motivasyon algilari arasinda dusuk duzeyde pozitif yonlu ve anlamli bir iliski saptanmistir. Cinsiyet, yas ve kidem ogretmenlerin orgutsel kimlik algilarinda anlamli fark ortaya cikarmistir.
