Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the primary school teachers' perceptions of organizational climate according to their some demographic variables. A total of 233 teachers employed in the primary schools in Sivas participated in the study. Organizational Climate Detection Questionnaire-Refined Edition for Primary Schools was used to determine primary school teachers' perceptions of organizational climate. Independent samples t-test and one-way ANOVA were performed to analyze the data. Results revealed that the total scores of teachers' perceptions of organizational climate did not vary depending on their variables of gender, branch, seniority and years in current school. These findings report the need for further research on the relationship between school organizational climate and other related variables
