Abstract

AbstractThe article is a discussion of Floris de Witte’s ‘Here be Dragons: Legal Geography and EU Law’. It argues that this essay is a direct challenge to the traditional institutional thinking of European integration. This new approach suggests a turn to new empirical studies. But it also implies the elaboration of a new conceptual language for Europe. This language is still to come.
