Abstract

Background: The current armamentarium for the management of unresectable colorectal liver metastases (CRLM) includes advanced locoregional and systemic therapies, hepatic arterial infusion (HAI) chemotherapy and liver transplantation (LT). Patients who had HAI pump implantation may eventually become LT candidates due to persistent disease or biliary hepatotoxicity leading to cirrhosis and end-stage liver disease. Reports on LT after HAI implantation are scarce.
