INTRODUCTION

Livedoid vasculopathy (LV), known as atrophie blanche, is associated with chronic venous insufficiency. The epidermis may be atrophic, ulcerated, or necrotic, with associated dermal sclerosis [1]. These lesions are located around the malleoli. We present a case of a 49 years old woman with dorsoplantar chronic and painful ulcerations known with the disease. These lesions were partially refractory to systemic therapies and to local ones. The patient was previously consulted by dermatologists, vascularsurgeons, internists She had no history of smoking or of thrombosis and no varicous visible veins. In topical therapy silver sulfathiazole, and multiingredient blend with Peruvian balm
