Abstract

COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2, which was responsible for causing incalculable damage to humanity, especially during the 1st pandemic wave, which corresponds to a unique, disastrous, and emergency public health event global. In this sense, the individuals considered most exposed to the virus were frontline professionals, such as nurses. The purpose of this work was to evaluate the effects of the work activity of nurses who aid suspected or confirmed cases of SARS-CoV-2 on their health.
