Abstract
Liu Shao-ch'i is the No. 1 person in authority in the party taking the capitalist road. He is also the chief root which promotes the counterrevolutionary revisionist line in the political and legal circles, thus hoping to convert the proletarian dictatorship into a bourgeois dictatorship. For a long time he has not only held and exercised great power over political and legal organs through such counterrevolutionary revisionists as P'eng Chen and Lo Jui-ch'ing, but he has also come out personally to make a series of black directives which publicly opposed Chairman Mao's brilliant thought concerning the proletarian dictatorship. This has left profoundly poisonous and widespread effects that must be thoroughly exposed and criticized.
