Abstract

The question about rational use of electrical and thermal energy is sensitive today all over the world. The complex approach is necessary to improve work efficiency of geothermal stations. The recovery of silica and lithium from technogenic solutions of geothermal stations to obtain marketable products is one of the methods. The crude product namely amorphous silica was obtained by the method of electrodialysis. Amorfous silica is a valuable material to obtain selective sorbents. The sorbents to recovery lithium from technogenic geothermal materials were obtained by using direct modification of the silica and zeolites surfaces from Yagodninsky deposit of Kamchatka region. The dynamic exchange capacity of sorbent MSILi was 0,29 mg/g, the concentration factor was 3,44. The dynamic exchange capacity of sorbent ZEO-5Li was 0,44 mg/g, the concentration factor was 4,54 per one phase of sorption.
