Abstract

AbstractTwo cases of depressive Cotard's syndrome are described. In both cases, a low dose of lithium in combination with an antidepressant was effective with no severe side effects. These findings suggest that a lithium and antidepressant combination can be useful for the treatment of depressive Cotard's syndrome.
