Abstract

Purpose: The first aim was to look for evidence of the impact different walking aids have on body structure and function, activity and participation of children with cerebral palsy (CP). Secondly, we consider the development of a new walking aid, replicating the hands of the physiotherapist by facilitating postural alignment, weight shift and proper activity of the hip muscles.
