Abstract
A literature review of the connection between emotional intelligence and employee performance in organizations using VOSviewer is the goal of this study. To obtain a map of the development of the research, the study searched the Scopus database using the keywords "Emotional Intelligence and Employee Performance." In this case, 228 research documents published from 2012 to 2022 examined the relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance in organizations, and several supporting documents were discovered through Google Scholar. The findings of this study suggest that performance is influenced favorably by emotional intelligence as well as other factors. There is a connection and correlation between job performance and job satisfaction.
