Literature review of intellectual capital information disclosure

Abstract

In today's era of knowledge economy, more and more scholars pay attention to the research related to intellectual capital. This paper combed the domestic and foreign research results on an important branch of intellectual capital - intellectual capital information disclosure. From intellectual capital composition, the theoretical foundation of the intellectual capital information disclosure and its related influence factors to comb research venation, and put forward the future research direction of intellectual capital information disclosure.
