Abstract
To investigate the effect of Dengzhanxixin injection induced adverse reactions of the general rule and characteristic, guide clinical rational drug use. Through the retrieval of 1979-2012 reported in domestic medical journals of Dengzhanxixin injection induced adverse reactions and case, literature metrology analysis analysis. The search to Dengzhanxixin injection in 25 cases of adverse drug reactions, the adverse reactions closely related with gender, age, solvent, dose, the combination drugs. The main clinical manifestations of allergic reactions, severe cases can cause allergic shock and multiple organ dysfunction. Clinicians and pharmacists should understand of Dengzhanxixin injection pattern and characteristics of adverse reactions, rational drug use norms, strengthen the application of monitoring, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
