Abstract
This appendix section of the book The EU Maritime Safety Policy and International Law contains a list of adopted European Union (EU) Maritime Safety Legislation. The book originates in the very practical consideration that there seems to be a need for a public international law analysis of the European Union's maritime safety legislation. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the growing bulk of EU maritime safety legislation from the perspective of international law, in particular its relationship to the jurisdictional regime laid down in the international law of the sea and the technical standards developed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).Keywords: European Union (EU) Maritime Safety Legislation; International Law; International Maritime Organization (IMO); jurisdictional regime
