Abstract

Highly Luminescent Semitransparent Nanocomposites Layout of white light emitting device on the base of 409 nm light-emitting diode and nanoporous silica filled with luminescent carbon nanodots. Highly luminescent semitransparent nanocomposite is fabricated by infiltration of nanoporous silica (7 nm pore size) by sucrose/dimethyl sulfoxide solution followed by thermolysis at 170–180 °C. More details can be found in article number 2000817 by Alexei Nazarov and co-workers.
