Abstract

Polymeric Binders In article number 2209413, Jing Liu, Linlin Fan, and co-workers demonstrate the liquid metal-enabled microspheres with diverse capabilities for artery embolization. By adsorbing silanized liquid metal particles on sulfonated agarose microspheres, high drug loading and multimodal imaging is displayed under computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and B-scan ultrasonography. Animal experiments show such microspheres' excellent biocompatibility and hemocompatibility to facilitate future clinical applications.
