Abstract
A liquid fertilizer applicator is characterized in that a traction ring is connected with a traction frame, and the traction frame is welded at the front end of a frame; the fixing pipe is welded below the frame, and the wheel shaft is fixed through the fixing plate and the U-shaped bolt; the lower suspension arm is arranged below the upper suspension arm; fixing lantern rings are installed on thetwo sides of the frame, walking wheels are installed on walking wheel supporting arms, and the sensor is connected with the integrated controller through a cable. The soil preparation roller supportarm is connected with the frame through a fixing sleeve; the bottom of the ploughshare support rod is connected with a ploughshare, and the inner side of the ploughshare is reinforced by the ploughshare; the pump is fixedly mounted on the pump mounting base through a mounting bolt; the masking tape base bearings are fixed above the two sides of the frame through fifth fastening bolts, the pressingswing arms are installed in the centers of the masking tape base bearings through shafts, and the pressing rollers are installed at the lower ends of the two sides of the pressing swing arms; the swing arm supporting groove makes contact with the pressing swing arm. According to the product designed by the utility model, various continuous operations such as soil preparation, ditching and ridging, fertilization, burying and soil filling and the like can be completed simultaneously, and the working efficiency is improved.
