Abstract We describe a simple, isocratic high-performance liquid chromatographic method for measuring the oral antiarrhythmic agent flecainide acetate in serum or plasma. Sample analysis involves a single step extraction followed by chromatography on a microbore reverse phase column with fluorescence detection.
