Abstract

Background and Aims: Lipoprotein (a) (Lp (a) is one of the main reasons for the large residual risk in patients with Familial hypercholesterolemia (FH). The goal of the study was to analyse the Lp (a) levels in 300 patients with a genetically proven hetero-FH.
