Aim: To determine if lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)] improves risk classification based on the American College of Cardiology and American Heart Association (ACC/AHA) Pooled Cohort Equations and Systematic Coronary Risk Evaluation (SCORE) risk algorithms.
