Abstract

Colonic lipomas are rare, benign, nonepithelial tumors. Most cases are asymptomatic with a small tumor size. However, they may be giant, symptomatic, or complicated. We report two cases of giant symptomatic colonic lipomas including a case of colocolic intussusception. Reviewing the literature, combined with our experience, we discuss the clinical features, diagnosis, and treatment of this uncommon disease.
