Abstract
舌扁桃体肥大为独立病因的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）在临床上极少见，同时，由于舌扁桃体位置特殊，手术不易暴露，难以切除彻底，导致复发率极高，甚至容易发生多种严重并发症，使得舌扁桃体切除手术成为相对"禁忌"。本文通过对1例特殊的OSAHS患者的有效诊疗过程，介绍了一种舌扁桃体被膜外完整切除的手术方法。
