Abstract
Dental implants may require attached tissue to prevent peri-mucositis orperi-implantitis. When there is a lack of attached tissue at the mandibular lingual aspect of dental implants a free gingival graft may be done after careful consideration of anatomical structures.An acryl stent may be used to protect the site from oral functioning.
