Abstract

In the past few years, wireless communication and unmanned control have been widely used for intelligent robots and a variety of intelligent robot systems are designed for logistics, such as unmanned express delivery. Aiming at the difficulty of sorting in the logistics system, the research and design method of the logistics robot control system based on machine vision and wireless communication is proposed. This article focuses on the research direction of machine vision and wireless communication, trying to discuss the possible ways and methods of unmanned express delivery from the perspective of visual cognition. It introduces the use of camera to collect image information and use linear regression to patrol the line. PID controls the speed and direction of the robot, edge detection recognizes the words “startȝ and “stopȝ, and uses NCC to match the template with the edge detection pictures stored in the flash. The logistics robot will automatically start and stop, and use the volume at the same time. The product neural network recognizes the location number and performs logistics delivery through barcode detection and matching. Visible light communication and WiFi communication feedback the delivery status, and upload the delivery data to Huawei Cloud. This system has been verified by many experiments and realized the design goals of automatic departure, parking, sending express delivery, and wireless communication feedback. The location recognition rate was 98.8%, and the delivery of express delivery and location matching successfully reached 97.4%. It has high sensitivity, strong stability, and recognition. Accuracy and other characteristics are of great significance to unmanned control and logistics system automation.
