Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the relationships and working conditions of health professionals working at the HRCR hospital, especially in 2020, during the context of the pandemic caused by Covid-19. Methodologically, we carried out a quantitative-qualitative research, resorting to literature review, documental and empirical research, from the application of 123 electronic questionnaires. Among the conclusions reached, we found that the precariousness of work, in its multiple expressions, has had a strong impact on HRCR workers, considering elements such as the fragility of employment contracts (with 46.63% of workers submitted to precarious contracts), the intensification of activities (recorded by 94.3% workers) and the repercussions in mental health, which is expressive, in the study, the fact that 75.2% workers register the feeling of anxiety. .
