Abstract
Sweet's syndrome is acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis. Conjunctivitis and episceritis have been described with it before. A case of Sweet's syndrome, described here, was found to have limbal nodules with histology similar to the skin lesions. This is the first report of this association.
