化疗在骨肉瘤治疗中地位的确立,提高了骨肉瘤患者5年生存率,促进了保肢技术的发展,瘤段灭活再植、异体骨、复合人工关节、肿瘤型假体等替代了截肢,但目前还没有一个完美的方案,儿童保肢还面临着巨大的挑战。
