Abstract

LiMn 2O 4 thin films were deposited on Au substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). The Li-ion chemical diffusion coefficients of the films, D ˜ Li , were measured by cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic intermittent titration technique (GITT), potentiostatic intermittent titration technique (PITT), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). It was found that the D ˜ Li values by CV and PITT were in the order of 10 −13 cm 2 s −1, and those by EIS and GITT were in the range of 10 −13 to 10 −11 and 10 −14 to 10 −11 cm 2 s −1, respectively. These data were compared with the previously reported values.
