Abstract

In this study, this research was described to make better use of lighting design techniques and color light to display the unique charm of historic buildings in Dalian, and bring pleasant psychological feelings to people, has been the focus of attention in the field of lighting engineering and design. In this paper, typical architectural color samples are obtained through the color test of historic buildings. Three typical light sources are chosen for the simulation experiments of architectural landscape lighting. The measured architectural color samples are simulated and reconstructed through different lighting methods and light color lighting. The subjective emotional response of 12 lighting effects was evaluated, and research draw the preliminary conclusion based on the expression and response of color and light emotion of the architectural lighting design technique and correlated color temperature (CCT). Furthermore, the typical lighting design methods and different adaptability of variable light sources in landscape lighting are summarized to provide a strong scientific basis for the application of color lighting in historical architectural landscape lighting in the future.
