Abstract
We study the non-linear superstring action with manifest spacetime Poincaré and supersymmetry invariance. We find that, at least in three spacetime dimensions, appropriate light-cone gauges and field redefinitions allow the action to be transformed into the corresponding quadratic light-cone action.
