Abstract
Light-induced effects in the temperature dependence of the dc electrical resistivity, the initial susceptibility and the optical absorption of charge-uncompensated epitaxial films of Ca 2+ x Y 3+ 3− x Fe 3+ 5 O 2- 12 have been measured and interp reted based on an amorphous-like band structure model with traps including the delocalization of charge carriers under the effect of light.
