Abstract

Superconductivity In article number 2300582, Yulin Gan, Zhicheng Zhong, Yunzhong Chen, Hong Ding, and co-workers report a giant Rashba spin–orbit coupling and light-induced large enhancement at the novel superconducting amorphous-Hf0.5Zr0.5O2/KTaO3(110) heterointerface. These intriguing properties make such a system more competitive than various mainstream materials in both basic science research and applications such as topological superconductivity and highly energy-efficient spintronic devices.
