Abstract

Using light-cone dominance and the assumption of Regge behavior for matrix elements of bilocal operators, it is shown that in the large-$\ensuremath{\omega}$ limit three scaling regions develop: the nucleon fragmentation region, the plateau, and the hole fragmentation region proposed by Bjorken. Relations for the charge content of the different regions are discussed.
