Abstract
September is traditionally the time when all interested parties tell the independent nurses’ pay review body (RB) how much they think next April’s salary increase should be. As unions, managers, civil servants and ministers prepare their evidence, the RB is collecting its own data to inform recommendations in the 2007 pay round.
