Abstract
Recently, the electric power system with the stationary storage batteries is attracting attention since the stationary storage batteries play some important roles such as frequency control of electric generator or emergency power source. The spread of storage batteries accelerates the realization of the low-carbon society. However, the stationary storage batteries are still expensive. Therefore its demand is not high, and the electric power system with the stationary storage batteries has not become widespread. The market of the storage batteries is in such a vicious circle. Stimulating the second hand market of the storage batteries is a key to get the market out of the box it makes the batteries more reasonable price and accelerates the increase of the demand that enables suppliers to exhibit a mass production effect. In order to stimulate the second hand market of the storage batteries, it is important to establish a method of life-cycle management of stationary storage batteries that maximize the added value of the facilities for the user. Therefore the purpose of this paper is to create a method for it.
