Abstract
The purpose of the integrated physiologico-hygienic and biotechnological laboratory experiment was to evaluate the effect of life support subsystems placed inside a sealed cabin on the cabin environment and, consequently, on human performance and activity, and also to assess the operability of subsystems by the crewmen and disclose any resulting difficulties.
