Abstract

The present study was carried out in the Province of Ascope and had the objective of analyzing the leadership and work performance of the employees of a company in the agroindustrial sector, in which 345 employees participated, who belong to various management areas of the company. The analytical methods - synthetic, inductive - deductive, statistical, survey, interview, observation and bibliographic compilation techniques were applied, the instruments used are the interview guide and the observation guide with their respective records and the questionnaire. With the results of the research, it is concluded that leadership influences the work performance of collaborators, motivating them and favoring the fulfillment of indicators, objectives and goals, thus improving the productivity of the company.
