Abstract

Abstract Humor, properly applied, can be an important tool in facilitating learning and reducing stress in the classroom. This article addresses the use of humor in bibliographic instruction and encourages the use of humor with practical teaching tips and provides examples of the proper and improper use of humor in the classroom.
