Russian Abstract: Последнее десятилетие прошло под знаком попыток интеграции российских вузов в международное образовательное пространство. Заявленное в качестве решения накопившихся за предыдущий период проблем присоединение к Болонскому процессу само породило больше вопросов, чем ответов. Один из центральных элементов процесса - система редитов, призванная максимально расширить возможности студентов в выборе предметов и последовательности их изучения - фактически так и не заработала. Стратегические заявления руководства страны развивают эту интегративную линию, при том акцент делается на вхождении российских университетов в международные рейтинги, а публикации российских ученых - в международные индексы цитирования. English Abstract: The last decade was marked by attempts to integrate Russian universities in the international educational space. Claimed as solving the accumulated problems in the previous period joining the Bologna process itself has generated more questions than answers. One of the central elements of the process - the system of credits, designed to maximize the ability of students in the choice of subjects and the sequence of their study - never actually earned. Policy statements of the countries are developing this integrative line, though the emphasis is on the entry of Russian universities in international rankings and publication of Russian scientists - in international citation indexes.
