Abstract
Objective: To verify if the frequency and severity of dysmenorrhea is reduced and time to symptom recurrence is prolonged in women with symptomatic endometriosis undergoing conservative surgery plus Lng-IUD insertion compared with women treated with surgery only. Dyspareunia and nonmenstrual pain were also evaluated.
