Abstract

A 29-year-old male developed ocular flutter and subtle extremity myoclonus related to demyelination. Ocular flutter and myoclonus were symptomatically amenable to treatment with levetiracetam. Discontinuation of levetiracetam was associated with recurrent flutter and myoclonus over a two-year period of follow-up. Levetiracetam may be an effective agent for the symptomatic control of ocular flutter.
