Abstract
The level structure of ${}^{10}$C below 7 MeV is discussed. We suggest the spin-parity assignments for the unbound states in ${}^{10}$C. The assignments are based on the observed widths, Coulomb displacement energies, the reported decay modes, the potential model prediction, and the shell-model calculations.
