Abstract

Cysteinyl leukotrienes (CysLTs) and IL-33 are increased in asthma and have been shown to activate group 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s). Whether IL-33 and leukotriene C4 (LTC4), the parent CysLT, synergistically increase lung inflammation and ILC2 activation is unknown.
